Proposal: Revival
A player who has less than -10 morality is evil. A player who has more than 10 morality is good. A player who has more than -10 morality but less than 10 morality is neutral.
Add a new rule called "Minions":
Each player has a number of minions. All non-evil players have 0 minions at all times. Once per day, if an evil player is in the Robot Forest, e may collect minions by increasing eir own minions by 5.
Once per day, if an evil player has more than 0 minions, e may spend 1 minion to decrease the score of any other player by 2.
Add a new rule called "Magic":
Each player has a number of mana. All non-good players have 0 mana at all times. Once per day, if a good player is in the Frozen Sea, e may harvest mana by increasing eir own mana by 5.
Once per day, if a good player has more than 0 mana, e may spend 1 mana to perform 1 once-per-day action, even if e has already performed said action that day.

Proposal: Justice (Accepted)
Create a new rule with the following text:
"A player may submit a question, phrased in such a way as to permit a yes or no answer, for judgement.

Proposal (Accepted)
Accepted 1 vote to 0, March 17, 2009. +2 score and +1 morality to Kenner.
Proposal #3 by Kenner (Accepted)
Change the text "sending an e-mail to kennercat@gmail.com" in Rule 1 to "making a post to the blog".
Add the text "When a sapient entity becomes a player, they shall be invited to become authors of the blog; if they decline this invitation, they are no longer a player." to Rule 6.
Change the text "e-mailing kennercat@gmail.com with their request" in Rule 7 to "making a post detailing this change".
This proposal is meant to allow players to be authors of the blog, because at the time of writing of the initial ruleset, the writer of the ruleset (e.g. me) did not know that there can be multiple authors to one blog.
Accepted 1 vote to 0, +2 score to Kenner and +1 morality to Kenner.
Proposal #2 by Kenner (Accepted)
"Each player has a number called their morality. When a proposal becomes accepted, the player who submitted it gains 1 morality. When a proposal becomes evil, the player who submitted it loses 1 morality."
Accepted March 17, 2009. +2 points to Kenner. +1 morality to Kenner.
Proposal #1 by Kenner (Accepted)
"Each player has a location. The valid locations are Salt Island, Mount Brick, the Robot Forest and the Frozen Sea. Players start at Salt Island and may move to a new location once per day, by e-mailing kennercat@gmail.com with their request."
Accepted March 17, 2009. +2 to Kenner.
The Initial Ruleset
Rule 2. Players may vote on active proposals at any time, by commenting on the blog post. Players may only vote once per proposal, but they may change their votes.
Rule 3. If a majority of players vote for a proposal, that proposal is considered "accepted", and the rules are changed as specified. Accepted proposals are never active.
Rule 4. If a majority of players vote against a proposal, that proposal is considered "evil", and is no longer active.
Rule 5. When a proposal becomes accepted, the player who submitted it gains 2 points. When a proposal becomes evil, the player who submitted it loses 2 points.
Rule 6. Any sapient entity can become a player by making a comment on a post to the Faucet Nomic blog stating that they wish to play, or by sending an e-mail to kennercat@gmail.com requesting playerhood.
